The Heart of Northside (previously the North Presbyterian Church) is a community health center whose goal is to help you connect to the information and providers you need to become healthier in mind and spirit.

It is our goal to begin to identify gaps in healthcare at the community level, and work to address them at the community level. With all the changes taking place in our healthcare system, we will need to rethink how we deliver care among our neighbors. The Health Fairs at the Heart of Northside are the start of that conversation.
